Appraisal services can be very elaborate and complex. Although our listed rates are MAXIMUM RATES, they may be subject to discounts of approximately 10%.Los precios referidos no incluyen el IVA.

Rates for additional services:
- Verbal consultations: 30 € (price per piece)
- Home consultations: 90€ which include our travel expenses, data acquisition and estimate. 50€ if the estimate is approved.
- Studio consultations: 50€ data acquisition and estimate preparation, which will be deducted from the final price of the invoice.
- If the appraisal takes place beyond the stipulated traveling time frame, all costs incurred will be at the expense of the customer.
- Assistance in legal proceedings is not included in the aforementioned rates.
